Boston Food Trucks

18 Aug

The food truck, or “mobile kitchen”, is like a restaurant on wheels.  Typically a food truck will pick a general area of popularity, and appear there during lunch time.  Most food trucks will keep there exact destination every day a secret, and the public will have to check the website of the vendor for exact locations.  With other food trucks, well you just have to try your luck and hope you catch one in a popular spot that they are known to visit.

The food served from food trucks may not always look like the best food in town, but many will argue otherwise. Some of the best flavors of Boston are served on a street-side food truck.  The types of food you can find at these stops are typically American (grilled sandwiches with variety of meats, fried chicken, mac and cheese), Vietnamese, and even Vegetarian.
